Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will primarily focus on financial reporting and analysis for the Pharmacy Services (ie. Caremark) segment. This role requires strong communication skills, along with a proactive mindset, as collaborating with colleagues throughout PS Finance will be a continuous endeavor.

Responsibilities include :

  • Build and maintain financial models
  • Develop, refresh and improve presentations for leadership reviews
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all financial reports
  • Consolidate and strategically analyze P&L results
  • Manage FP&A calendar in conjunction with PS Finance colleagues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Perform ad hoc reporting

The ideal candidate would work in a hybrid capacity within a CVS office location.

Required Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, and / or management consulting
  • 4+ years of intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

    • In addition to the above qualifications - candidate must also have strong communication skills, a desire to foster relationships with key business partners and excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

    Preferred Qualifications :

  • Proficiency with Analysis for Office (AO) in Microsoft Excel
  • PBM experience

    • Education : Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience is required.

    Anticipated Weekly Hours : 40

    Time Type : Full time

    Pay Range : $60,300.00 - $145,860.00
