A company is looking for a Spanish Speaking Client Services Associate I.Key Responsibilities : Answer calls from clients regarding service, technical, chargebacks, and billing issuesInterpret and educate clients on compliance policies and proceduresHandle customer service and technical contacts for assigned accountsRequired Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalent, with 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environmentKnowledge of Visa and MasterCard credit card processing and regulations preferredPrior experience in the credit card industry as a customer service representative is a plusAbility to operate and troubleshoot Point of Sale devices and credit card equipmentCompetency in Windows-based computer applications and internal systems
