About The Position

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.- Conduct assessments and therapeutic activities focused on enhancing mental health wellness.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of program strategies.
- Provide patient and family education to support mental health treatment goals.- Adjust therapy techniques to fit individual patient needs and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Engage in 1-2 weeks of orientation to familiarize with the facility processes and protocols.This position offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient mental health through occupational therapy interventions.
