Position Overview :
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Physician Assistant Resident to join our dynamic team at Johns Hopkins Bayview.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to engage in comprehensive clinical training, work alongside experienced healthcare professionals, and contribute to the exceptional patient care for which Johns Hopkins is renowned.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in a structured and rigorous Physician Assistant Residency Program.
- Rotate through various medical specialties to gain a well-rounded clinical experience.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a team-based care model.
- Attend educational sessions, conferences, and grand rounds to enhance medical knowledge and skills.
- Provide patient care under the supervision of experienced physicians.
Qualifications :
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Board eligibility or certification as a Physician Assistant.
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative healthcare environment.
