About The Position
- Weekly Pay Range - $1129 To $1255 Job Title : Physical Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday to Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 Experience : New graduates are welcome;
- SNF experience preferred. License : State License required Certifications : COVID test 72 hours prior to start, with results 48 hours before the start date;
2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray Must-Have : Completion of prescreen, resume, and license verification upon submission Job Description : Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment programs for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
- Ensure that therapy equipment is used safely and maintained properly.- Provide care with compassion and respect towards all patients.
- Adhere to all professional, state, and facility standards.- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
- Conduct patient assessments under the direction of a physical therapist.- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to enhance patient care.
Ensure you meet the credentialing checklist, which includes State License Verification, References (3), County and Federal Criminal Searches, Nationwide Sex Offender Search, HHS / OIG and GSA Searches, Social Security Number Trace, and SAM Search.
