As a Capital One SailPoint Engineer, you’ll work on our SailPoint IdentityIQ platform to support Identity Access Management needs.

Responsibilities : Develop and implement best in class Identity Management solutions on the SailPoint IdentityIQ platformIdentify opportunities for automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organizationWork within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical IAM solutions that are foundational to enterprise capabilities on a massive scaleShare your passion for staying on top of IAM trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communitiesUtilize programming languages like BeanShell, Javascript, Typescript, SQL, RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and a variety of AWS tools and servicesChampion engineering best practicesDevelop effective and reusable design patternsCapital One is open to hiring a Remote Employee for this opportunity.

Basic Qualifications : High school diploma, GED or equivalent certificationAt least 2 years of experience in Information SecurityAt least 1 year of experience supporting SailPoint Applications Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of experience supporting Java and SailPoint applications3+ years of experience troubleshooting SailPoint workflows and customizations3+ years of experience with Role Based Access Controls (RBAC)3+ years of experience troubleshooting end user issues in Access Certifications2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)ITIL Certification AWS Certification At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.New York City (Hybrid On-Site) : $138,500 - $158,100 for Sr.

Assoc, Cyber TechnicalRemote (Regardless of Location) : $117,400 - $134,000 for Sr. Assoc, Cyber TechnicalCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI).
