Responsibilities :
Industry Knowledge : We provide full training!
Knowledge of travel industry trends destinations and products a plus
Familiarity with various travel services such as flights hotels car rentals cruises and travel insurance a plus
Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate with clients effectively suppliers and team members
Customer Service Skills :
Strong customer service
Ability to handle customer inquiries complaints and requests professionally and efficiently
Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and bookings simultaneously
