About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
• Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop business strategies that leverage our products to meet customers' needs and ensure business results.
• Be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to elevate sales in designated territories.
• Perform marketing research and manage territory.
• Support in-service training and subsequent support to ensure products are leveraged in addressing patient needs.
• Track and report sales in an organized and timely manner via Salesforce CRM.
• Assist with post-sale customer issues.
• Work productively with other Sales Representatives to share knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with company staff to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to travel to meet with clients in a designated area with the flexibility to connect virtually, given current challenges with in-person forums.

Required Skills

5+ years of overall medical products sales experience and preferred in the Aesthetics / Dermatology / Plastic fields.

3+ plus years of B2B sales experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and preferred Salesforce software.

Preferred Skills

Aesthetics / Derm / Plastics Sales : 4 years (Preferred)

Customer relationship management : 3 years (Preferred)
