Your Opportunity :

Taylor Promotional Products , a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team in-house in Pompano Beach, FL .

Your Responsibilities :

Processes orders, prepares correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Take, enter, process, and / or expedite orders.

Providing effective customer follow-up in post-sales activities.

Provide effective and professional communication practices with account representatives and customers.

Relay communication chains between Customer Service, Scheduling, Shipping, and other departments.

Production Coordination : Work closely with our production plant and supply chain teams to ensure successful order execution.

Utilize computers to properly account for issues, returns, receipts of new materials, and associated back-orders.

Follow all established safety rules and regulations and utilize required safety equipment.

Quality Assurance : Escalate customer quality issues to relevant stakeholders and drive resolution.

Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition.

Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Your Hours : Monday - Thursday, 7 : 00am - 5 : 30pm (with a rotating schedule of one Friday per month)

You Must Have :

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Experience with warehouse management systems.

Customer Service experience.

Proven customer service experience with a track record of meeting service and delivery deadlines

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We Would Also Prefer :

High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-year related experience, or commensurate combination of education and experience
