We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst III to join our team on a long-term contract basis in West Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze business processes, define requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency and driving successful outcomes across projects.

Responsibilities :

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve production processing issues to improve departmental efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams to coordinate system changes and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and scope project and system requirements.
• Analyze business processes and system challenges, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Train new employees and end-users on system operations and procedures.
• Prepare and distribute documentation detailing system changes and enhancements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to entry-level Business Analysts to foster growth.
• Support cross-functional teams, including IT and Quality Assurance, to achieve project objectives.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support departmental and organizational goals as needed.
• Extensive experience in business analysis with a minimum of 10 years in the field.
• Strong proficiency in agile methodologies, including Scrum practices.
• Advanced skills in creating and executing test plans and test cases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex issues proactively.
• Exceptional attention to detail for defining and reviewing business requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and QA automation frameworks.
