We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring the efficient and safe production of our products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Ensure products meet quality standards through regular inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
