Delivery Driver

As a Local Delivery Driver , you will play a vital role in connecting customers with their essential equipment, ensuring safe and timely deliveries and pickups, and providing exceptional customer service.

What You Will Do in This Role :

• Safely operate, load, and unload machines for transport, ensuring the highest level of care is taken during transportation.
• Deliver and pick up equipment to local customers, guaranteeing prompt and efficient service.
• Clearly and professionally communicate delivery and pick up times with customers.
• Follow company policies and adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations, prioritizing safety at all times.
• Perform all tasks with high attention to safety and detail.
• Travel is required for training and / or to assist at other locations.

Our Ideal Candidate :

• Possesses excellent organizational and communications skills.
• Exhibits a positive attitude with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Holds a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize safety while meeting deadlines.

What Will Put You Ahead :

• Previous experience hauling heavy machinery, showcasing a solid understanding of transportation requirements.
• Knowledge of construction equipment size, weight, and operation, enabling safe and efficient loading and unloading.
• Strong understanding and compliance of DOT regulations.
• Computer experience and the ability to learn new software.
