• Organized, detailed oriented and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service driven hospitality professionals.

• Proven track record in driving GSS.
• Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading a team toward outstanding results.
• Ableto deliver outstanding financial results.
• Well versed in sales, food & beverage, catering and events, as well as excellent customer service delivery
• GM experience in a full service hotel and Marriott experience

Being a Concord GM :

As a General Manager you will be instrumental in hiring motivating and rewarding a winning management team supporting our company's mission statement and embracing our cornerstones.

Youmay be theliaison with the hotel brand, our owners and with Concordby facilitating a successful business operation through the orchestration of brand training, meeting operational deadlines, following budget guidelines and networking with city officials as the "face" of this exciting brand.
