About The Position
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician or Family Medicine Physician with a strong pediatric background and interest to join our private practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a thriving outpatient setting, providing top-quality care to the community.
Compensation : Competitive base salary ranging from $210,000 to $220,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of pediatric medical conditions.
- Conduct physical exams, administer vaccinations, and provide preventive care.
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families, offering guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
Qualifications :
- Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligibility (BE) in Pediatrics is preferred.
- Alternatively, Board Certification (BC) in Family Medicine with a significant pediatric background and interest.
- A valid medical license in the state of AL
- Strong commitment to pediatric patient care and well-being.
- Flexibility to adapt to patient volume demands, averaging a minimum of 20 patients per day, with the willingness to see more when needed.
