Summary / Objective
Act as the owner for processes and products as relates to both customer and associate experience. Assist in planning and implementation of operational initiatives across functional groups, while maintaining purview of medium to long term goals.
Act as subject matter expert with respect to process improvement across functional groups. Assist in translation of compliance-rooted initiatives
Essential Functions
Maintain Product Roadmap and backlog in alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop business requirements / stories and partner with engineering team to turn those into detailed requirements.
Influence UAT and QA plans while maintaining process maps.
Produce UI templates or examples when applicable, and partner in initial training documentation for operational verticals.
Facilitate process and product improvements and assist with the implementation of user experience and quality driven modifications
- Serve as subject matter expert user experience in regards to process and product projects requiring technical assets, including but not limited to :
- Collaborative concept design
- Prioritization
- Spec writing
- Implementation plan, including communication to ops related parties
- System demo training
- Other duties or projects as directed
Required Education and Experience
- BS / BA in Technology, Business, or a related field
- A strong interest in product design and user experience
- Significant knowledge of product management, operational processes, interface design, and relationship management
- Wireframing
- Data querying and analysis skills
- Experience in the Financial Services industry highly preferred
- Experience analyzing data and streamlining processes for Marketing, Sales, Underwriting or Collections preferred
- Experience producing visual design a plus

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
