We are looking for a skilled Beverage Service Technician to provide top-tier repair, maintenance, and installation services for coffee, powdered cappuccino, and slushie machines.

Responsibilities
Deliver Strong Equipment Service : Diagnose, repair, and Install Beverage Equipment like - coffee, cappuccino, and slushie machines;
complete service reports and logs promptly.
- Lead Customer Satisfaction Efforts : Resolve customer issues swiftly, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and train customers on equipment use and maintenance.
- Manage Equipment Inventory : Maintain and organize tools, parts, and equipment on the service vehicle; order parts as needed.
- Lead Company-Wide Training Operations : Collaborate with the Field Service Manager to onboard and train new service technicians.
Work Schedule :
- Days : Monday - Friday
- Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED
- Associate degree or appliance repair certification preferred
- Previous experience as an Beverage Repair Technician is preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; ability to drive a service van and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent customer service skills
