Senior Bookkeeper
Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) :
Full cycle accounting for several smaller entities
Data entry and analysis
Report preparation including Excel reporting
Prepare fixed asset and depreciation records
Update capital expenditure actual vs. budget reporting
Assist with cash forecasting
Other tasks as required
Requirements : College degree
College degree
Accounting degree preferred
Proficiency with QuickBooks®, data entry, record keeping, and computer operations required
Must have intermediate to advanced Excel skill
Proficiency with payroll accounting
At least 5 years' financial experience
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Must demonstrate stellar communication skills.

Flexibility :
This position can be flexible to accommodate your needs with 30 hours or more required per week.
