SSM Health and our Fond du Lac Ministry is actively recruiting for a full-time (0.8-1.0 FTE) Dermatology Advanced Practitioner (PA) to join a professionally rewarding and established department of two experienced dermatologists.  Mission-based organization with a collegial & collaborative team, a fully supportive work environment, and superior clinical quality outcomes.

Minimum Requirements :

• Unrestricted Wisconsin Physician Assistant License.
• Unrestricted Active Wisconsin DEA.
• Post-education experience as an advanced practitioner in dermatology.
