We are looking for an Escrow Clerk in Maitland, FL!

This role requires collecting deed backs instead of foreclosing on some of the mortgages and this requires a little persuasion and explanation to the owners.

Duties :

In charge of all of the mortgage satisfactions for the company

Generates and follows up on deed backs for accounts in default

Uploads DocuSign documents into the virtual vault

Takes calls or responds to customer inquiries via email or our portal texting

Requirements :

Real Estate / Mortgage / Title or Timeshare background preferred

Must be comfortable on the phone to talk to customers if needed

Must be dependable

Bilingual preferred - Spanish or Portuguese

Must be able to type accurately and reasonably fast.
