Position : Assembler

Pay : 18-19.80 / hour

Shifts : 1st and 2nd shift

Location : Mount Pleasant, WI

Type : Full time, temp to hire

Our client is seeking Assemblers on 1st and 2nd shift to join their team. In this role, you’ll work within a larger team to assemble high-tech components and package finished products for customer delivery.

As a team member, you’ll perform various tasks on the production line and in a warehouse environment, with opportunities to showcase your critical thinking skills and grow in the smart manufacturing field.

Job Description

• Precisely place small components onto designated areas by hand.
• Use tools such as drills, mono-bolt guns, wrenches, and other equipment to aid in assembly.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints to install components, including relays, controllers, and controls on electrical panels, and review all SOPs and guidelines related to your tasks.
• Retrieve parts kits from inventory and inspect components for issues like pinholes or chips.
• Rotate between workstations as needed and take on various tasks within the production line.
• Follow quality standards and production guidelines to maintain high standards of work.
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment, ready to collaborate as necessary.

Qualifications :

• A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, though candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be able to read and understand tape measurements, work instructions, and other English-language documents.
• Must adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, and stand or walk for 8+ hours.

Pay Details : 18.00 to 20.00 per hour
