Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, planning, configuration, documentation, deployment, and top-level support of computing infrastructure technologies.
- Collaborate with the Network & Telephony Manager to establish and uphold documented standards for network and telephony technologies, ensuring compliance.
- Manage changes to the production network environment, partnering with vendors for updates.
- Resolve escalated incidents and engage in problem management efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recommend improvements to the firm's technology.
- Assist in negotiating and recommending software and hardware purchasing agreements.
- Participate in or manage cross-functional team projects to implement new or updated technology.
- Provide cross-training to other IT staff on technology use and maintenance.
- Effectively manage medium to large projects, including drafting project charters.
- Help maintain a lab environment for development purposes.
- Exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude in interactions with internal teams, external clients, and vendors through various communication channels.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
- Palo Alto Security Engineer certification.
- 8+ years of experience in relevant technologies and business skills.
