Role : Associate IT Program Director
Responsibilities :
Leading Project Strategy : You will develop and refine the project strategy, ensuring it aligns with the latest industry standards and cybersecurity best practices.
Your goal is to create a robust and achievable plan.
- Overseeing Task Delegation : Manage the allocation of tasks within the team, ensuring that each team member's responsibilities are clearly defined and matched with their expertise.
- Criteria Definition : Establish clear success criteria, including quality benchmarks for assessments and desired outcomes, to guide the project effectively.
- Quality Assurance : Implement a comprehensive process to ensure that all project activities meet or exceed established criteria, emphasizing security.
- Results Communication : Effectively communicate project results and findings to stakeholders. Prepare detailed reports and presentations highlighting key vulnerabilities and recommending improvements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a substantial portion of that experience in leadership roles overseeing complex security projects.
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
