Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN) position Unit : Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with Stepdown and Med-Surg overflow Start Date : November 3, 2025 End Date : February 2, 2026 Contract Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM), every other weekend required Hours per Week : 36 hours Unit Size : 16 beds Patient Ratio : 1 : 2 or 1 : 3 Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner Scrub Color : Royal Blue Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,570 - $1,680 Hourly Pay Rate : $75 / hr ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience in a hospital setting Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or compact state Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Ability to float to Stepdown and Med-Surg units as needed Willingness to work at least one winter holiday if assignment overlaps with holiday season ICU RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Float to Stepdown and Medical-Surgical units as required Maintain accurate patient records using Cerner EMR Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including every other weekend and holiday coverage Ready to take your ICU nursing career on the road?
