Key Responsibilities
Provide information about products and services, including pricing, features, and availability.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements to team leads.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
