- Represent clients in business litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
- Prepare for and participate in court hearings, trials, and depositions.
- Engage in settlement negotiations and mediation processes.
- Provide counsel to clients on litigation strategies and case developments.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on high-stakes cases.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in business litigation.
- Proven ability to draft complex legal documents and motions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high level of responsibility and work independently.
- Experience in life, health, and disability insurance litigation or federal court cases is a plus.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
