Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
You will interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms, addressing questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Compensation :
$41,000 - $47,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support as needed.
- Process orders, returns, and handle billing inquiries.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation of calls and emails.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team for further assistance.
- Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics such as response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer interactions.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
