We are offering a contract employment opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee, for a Senior Project Manager. This role primarily involves the implementation of contact center technology across various non-clinical business units, with a focus on operational needs rather than technical requirements.
The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate activities between internal development teams, technical PMs, and vendor teams.
Responsibilities :
- Implement contact center technology across multiple non-clinical business units including scheduling and pre-authorizations, customer-service, and eligibility services.
- Support the business unit with operational requirements, process changes, end-user testing, rollout planning, and communication.
- Coordinate activities between internal development teams, technical PMs, and vendor teams.
- Utilize strong communication and transformation management skills to drive project success.
- Apply knowledge of Agile and traditional project methodologies in managing multiple projects.
- Work independently to plan, monitor, and manage multiple, diverse medium to large projects of high complexity.
- Act as a single point of accountability on assigned projects, secure required resources, and ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to stakeholder relationships by proactively communicating and taking ownership of risks and issues.
- Facilitate effective outcomes in a timely manner.
- Possibility of moderate travel depending on job role requirements.
- Proven experience in project management and operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to create detailed documentation and reports
- Demonstrated skills in planning and implementing planning processes
- Strong capability in managing project schedules and deadlines
- Knowledge and experience in quality control and assurance
- Ability to supervise and lead teams effectively
- Proficient in creating and delivering presentations
- Familiarity with the software 'About Time' and its functionalities
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Experience in performing ad hoc financial analysis
- Track record of driving project progress and implementation
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements
- Experience in staff management and establishing relationships with stakeholders
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and specification writing
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (combination of onsite and remote work).
