As such, qualified staff will be able to have their student loans paid off (up to $,). RNs qualify! Duties and Responsibilities of a Staff Educator : Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure they meet competencies and deliver high-quality care.

Monitor new hires' progress, participate in evaluations, and provide ongoing education to help them excel in their roles.

Design and facilitate training programs, CEUs, and in-services to address staff development and hospital needs, partnering with HR and the Management Team.

Manage the Healthstream system to provide education to the hospital, including facilitating the Annual Competency Fair and other hospital-wide trainings and in-services.

• Qualifications Current RN license to practice nursing in the State of Delaware (or eligible to receive or renew). Minimum of three years of staff education and training experience;
• Healthcare training and education highly preferred Must become a facilitator / administrator of Handle With Care, Verbal De-Escalation, HealthStream and Service Excellence within a year of acceptance into the role;
