NEW YORK CITY based INSTITUTIONAL BROKER-DEALER seeks ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL (hybrid) : advise and support sales and trading teams for Fixed Income and Equities.
Lead trading documentation and agreement negotiations (Master Repurchase, Master Securities Lending, sponsored repos, collateral, custody, futures / options, give-ups, MSFTAs, ISDA Masters).
Advise on international and domestic laws / regs (SEC, CFTC, FINRA, EMIR, CIMA, etc.). Seven (7) plus years of corporate legal and / or in-house experience.
33 and 34 Act, operational, custodial, settlement / clearing matters; Investment Banking / research preferred. Base salary $225-245k with discretionary bonus.
