Role Description

The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, initiating sales calls, and closing deals with potential customers.

They will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service. Based on qualifications and needs, this job is available as part-time or full-time.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Develop thorough prospective client list with Leather Miracles management team
  • Present Leather Miracles product line and services to new customers to build a consultative relationship that provides customers with the best solution for their business
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of sales success and meeting sales targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Enthusiastic go-getter with a love for design and product
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Independent solution-seeker with adept critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to adopt and utilize new technology
  • Commitment and dedication to the job
  • Furniture experience a plus
  • Valid passport, travel flexibility
