Position Overview : The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new and managing existing relationships with Distributors, VARs, and E-Commerce Platforms to drive sales and increase market share for our power supply products.
This role requires experience in developing and executing strategic plans, detailed market analysis of product and competitive landscape, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful execution of distribution strategies and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand the distribution network and achieve revenue targets.
- Channel Management : Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners and VARs, while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
- Sales Execution : Drive sales growth through effective management of distributor accounts, including setting sales goals, providing product training, and supporting promotional activities.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer support teams to align distribution strategies with overall company goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Reporting : Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Customer Focus : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing distributor concerns, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service and support.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or business development roles within the power supply or related industry.
- Skills :
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor relationships.
- Strong understanding of the power supply industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation : 110k 140k DOE
