Minimum qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management, software engineering, hardware engineering, and computer hardware.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience with launching NPI products in the Compute, Storage, and Networking Infrastructure areas.
Preferred qualifications :
- Experience in Supply chain, Hardware infrastructure, and data center related technical program management.
- Experience leading teams of talented, independent individuals while quickly earning credibility based on your knowledge and accomplishments.
- Ability to identify organizational needs, establish priorities, work independently, drive results through informal authority, serve as a trusted consultant to key business partners and represent users and customers in every thought and interaction.

In this role, you will plan and deliver automated software solutions enabling capacity expansions of Google infrastructure.
This is a unified mission shared across multiple organizations and disciplines to deliver capacity (i.e. network, compute, storage, etc) at scale while continuously introducing new technologies into Google’s infrastructure.
You will work cross-functionally with various HW, SW, and Operations partner teams to fulfill infrastructure demand to serve Google’s internal services and enable user growth.

Responsibilities
- Run large-scale programs and managing projects, including management of associated financial and human resources, quality of software development and features, risks, schedules, communication plans, and deliverables.
- Provide management with forecasts of project deliverables and detailed status updates. Present your team's analyses, recommendations, and approaches to stakeholders and executive management.
- Initiate new software development programs, identify and deliver software features that drive performance, scale, functionality, security, quality, and efficiency, based on prioritized needs.
Be the catalyst for program support and delivery.
