Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with company business units and regulators to develop and communicate legal policy statements.
- Serve as a trusted source of legal expertise on BD / IA regulation, offering independent advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough legal analysis and research on the regulation of cross-BD / IA activities.
Requirements
- A strong background in BD / IA regulations and legal compliance.
- Excellent research and analytical skills to effectively analyze complex legal issues.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Juris Doctorate and active bar membership required.
