Chauffeur - Limo Driver - Part Time (Caesars Palace LV)

JOB SUMMARY :

A Chauffeur will be passionate about customer service, guest safety, and be a company ambassador while transporting guests to and from the airport as well as other destinations.

They will set the tone of the guest experience by being the first person to welcome our guests to our properties and wish them farewell as they depart.

A Chauffeur must exhibit a high level of professional, polished, and personalized guest service that embodies the company’s brand, standards, and core values.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental, property, and corporate policies, practices, and procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Serves as an ambassador for Caesars Entertainment.
• Maintains a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Pick up and drop off guests on time and safely to predetermined locations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
• Assists guests in handling luggage and packages.
• Opens doors for guests as they enter and exit the vehicle.
• Maintains a clean and presentable vehicle.
• Assists guests with answering questions about events, the resorts, and amenities.
• Submits updated Nevada DMV report and driver’s license as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS : Required :

Required :

• Must have at least 1-year previous professional driving experience
• Skilled in the safe operation of limousines, SUVs, and all other vehicles in the fleet.
• Must have and maintain a clean DMV record.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Nevada Driver's License.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Strong knowledge of the Las Vegas area.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.

Preferred :

• Previous experience working in a luxury hospitality setting.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak, read and write in languages other than English.
