Shifts : Nights 7 : 00 pm - 7 : 30 am, including rotating weekends and holidays

General Summary :
- Provide basic nursing care under RN direction.
- Assist with complex patient care for adults and geriatrics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver personal hygiene and daily living activities.
- Record vital signs and patient data accurately.
- Support respiratory care and notify RN / RCP as needed.
- Conduct bedside tests and assist with admissions / discharges.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient belongings.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
- Participate in continuing education and staff meetings.
Job Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of PCT training and CNA certification.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to transport patients and manage supplies.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and push heavy objects.

This role is eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus and is subject to the terms and conditions of the offer. Bonuses will be pro-rated for positions less than full-time (0.9 FTE).
