V-Tech Solutions, Inc is actively sourcing for a Recruiter to join our growing team! The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Leading the recruitment process for all positions within the organization
  • Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
  • Utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify and engage with qualified candidates
  • Conducting interviews, assessments, and screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
  • Negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process from start to finish
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and procedures within the organization

Requirements

Experience :

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for various positions or specialized roles
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Education :

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
