V-Tech Solutions, Inc is actively sourcing for a Recruiter to join our growing team! The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Leading the recruitment process for all positions within the organization
- Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify and engage with qualified candidates
- Conducting interviews, assessments, and screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process from start to finish
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Contributing to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and procedures within the organization

Requirements
Experience :
- At least 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for various positions or specialized roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Education :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
