Position Overview :
We are seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site.
This role is perfect for someone with a passion for service-based marketing and graphic design, particularly within the construction, building, or architectural industries.
The successful candidate will have experience utilizing Adobe or Canva for design work and will play a crucial role in shaping our visual and digital presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Graphic Design :
Design and produce visually compelling graphics for digital and print materials, ensuring consistency with our brand identity.
Create marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and presentation materials, to support our business development efforts.
Continuously enhance and evolve the 120 Degreez brand through innovative and strategic visual content.
Social Media Management :
Develop, curate, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn (both personal and company pages), Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages to build strong relationships with our audience.
Client Collaboration Project :
Lead and manage a project to collaborate with our clients' marketing teams, acquiring approved marketing materials for projects where 120 Degreez has provided MEP services.
Showcase these projects on our social media platforms, highlighting our contributions and expertise.
Strategy and Improvement :
Develop and implement strategies to enhance our social media presence, drive engagement, and achieve marketing goals.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and executive teams to align social media activities with our broader business objectives.
Additional Responsibilities :
Manage multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Undertake other tasks as assigned by the executive team, contributing to the overall success of the firm.
Qualifications :
A professional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and marketing projects.
Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing, with a preference for candidates experienced in the construction, building, or architectural industries.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
Strong creative thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering top-quality work.
