In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager / department.

We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time. Responsibilities- Lead the weekly business review (WBR) process for the Safety Operations team, including executive level presentations and performance meetings- Develop and maintain scalable, automated dashboards and reports that benchmark and track progress against key operational performance goals and initiatives.

• Work with management and / or internal stakeholders to define business requirements and analytical needs and execute against them.
• Support demand forecasting and modeling capabilities related to how fast we should be growing our expenses and our investment in our moderation workforce.
• Conduct data mining, regression analysis and other quantitative analysis using industry standard statistical and business analytics techniques.
• Creating and maintaining data documentation both for an internal, technical audience and for partner user teams Our Operations team performs a critical function that supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content.
• Content that this person interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying;

hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; and murder. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content on a daily basis.

Minimum Qualifications- Proficiency in Excel & Sheets and hands-on experience in SQL. - Experience working with Business Insights tools, .

Tableau, Power BI, etc.- Experience in data science programming languages (., Python, R)- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to thrive with minimal oversight and process, while keeping leadership informed on progress against deadlines- Strong communication, presentation & documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related subjects is preferred.

5+ years of experience in management, business process improvement, or analytical roles in content moderation or similar fields.

Such as call centers and adverts moderation in tech companies.- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
