Position : Aerospace Services Manager
Position Overview :
We are currently looking for an experienced Aerospace Services Manager to take charge of our aerospace division. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and execute comprehensive strategic plans to drive the growth and expansion of our aerospace services.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing relationships with key industry influencers.
- Expand and maintain a wide network of industry contacts to enhance our strategic positioning and explore new business avenues.
- Lead the sales team in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that consistently surpass revenue targets.
- Promote collaboration among different teams to ensure outstanding client service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive activities to prepare for changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the development and delivery of compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to attract new clients.
- Analyze sales performance data to continually refine strategies and provide the executive team with actionable business insights.
- Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the aerospace industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas and expanding business operations.
- In-depth knowledge of the aerospace industry, including competitors and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and guiding high-performing teams.
