Industrial Maintenance Technician III Details :

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $30.00 to $33.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 00am to 04 : 00pm)

Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production equipment

2.Installation and relocation of equipment and machinery as needed

3.Mechanical repairs such as gear boxes, chains, sprockets, etc

4.Maintain and repair all building systems including HVAC and plumbing

5.Provide skilled mechanical, electrical and engineering support for all depts6.Ability to read electrical schematics to troubleshoot a wide range of machinery and equipment

7.Perform office moves

8.Maintain vehicles and forklifts

9.Perform various grounds related duties as needed, including snow removal

10.Bend EMT conduit and pull wire

11.Work with VFD’s and PLC’s

12.Fabrication using Metal brake, Metal shear, Metal lathe and Milling machine

14.Perform housekeeping duties in the work area

15.Work overtime, nights and weekends as required

Industrial Maintenance Technician III Qualifications :

• MIG Welding knowledge and skills
• Mechanical and technical knowledge and skills
• HVAC knowledge and skills
• Ability to work well independently and with others
• Strong problem solving skills including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety measures
• Working knowledge of electronics and plc controlled processes
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
