A company is looking for an Auto Damage Appraiser.Key Responsibilities : Write fair and accurate estimates and supplements for multiple carriers based on photos of auto and / or specialty vehicle physical damageUtilize internal training tools and external resources to document claims with high attention to detailMaintain documentation of interactions with insurance carriers and repair facilitiesRequired Qualifications : Minimum of 2 years of auto damage estimating experienceExtensive knowledge of automobile parts and repair techniquesThorough understanding of vehicle repair, parts costs, total loss classification, and fraud detection practicesWorking experience in one or more estimating platforms : Mitchell, CCC One, and / or AudatexAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
