We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Omnichannel Product Management team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team

The Enterprise Omnichannel Product Management team is responsible for developing our global omnichannel payment solutions, with a specific focus on advancing our POS payment capability, globally.

Focusing on connecting and simplifying payments across all our customers' sales channels - with a specific focus on advancing our in-store payment capability, globally.

This Product area is one of Worldpay's top strategic priorities.

You will be central to this vision.

What you'll own

You will be responsible for product planning, delivery, supporting partnerships and marketing throughout the product lifecycle.

Working closely with cross functional teams like Partnerships, Commercialisation, Go-to-Market / Vertical growth, Solution consultancy, to name afew.

You will develop a vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own industry insight.

You will work closely with Development / Engineering and customer facing commercial teams, as well as other cross functional teams to deliver products that align with this vision, meet market needs and are delivered to a consistent high-quality standard.

You will be able to locate product issues that have customer impact and be able to come up with effective solutions to address them.

  • Building an integrated view of customer needs, market trends and competitive position
  • Assessing customer and business requirements - consolidating views from market experts, sales, and top-tier global merchants
  • Identifying areas of commercial value and defining product propositions built on solid business cases
  • Identifying areas where we need to complement Worldpay capabilities with potential partners, managing relationships and commercial agreements with those partners
  • Support decision-making and development prioritisation via thorough analysis and recommendations. Including facilitating make / buy decisions where applicable
  • Developing a product roadmap and translate changes into change requests
  • Work with go-to-market and commercialisation teams to deliver go-to-market strategy with clear customer segmentation, targeting and positioning
  • Transferring product expertise / knowledge across organisation with expert product training and advocacy
  • Lead the development of product marketing, from sales toolkits through to detailed technical documentation
  • Supporting proposition queries by engaging with the sales team and top tier customers
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of trends in the POS and ecommerce payment industry

Where you'll own it

You'll own it in our thriving Cincinatti hub, or our Atlanta hub.

What you bring

  • Good understanding of payment processing and capabilities across eCom and POS
  • Project management knowledge with an ability to work cross-functionally
  • Building robust business cases and commercial awareness
  • Proven track record of success in product management, product solutioning, and / or product development / implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex product detail and also aggregate key points in a direct, impactful manner for non-technical and executive audiences
  • Motivational and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge others in a constructive manner
  • Data driven approach to problem solving and ability to influence others
  • Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in the ever-changing dynamics of markets and a complex, global industry
  • Ability to adapt to and embrace frequent change with a positive attitude along with the ability to pivot quickly while incurring minimal impact to overall timeline
