Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Job Captain at Form4 Architecture, but San Francisco Bay Area based location is desired but not required.
Contract work also is possible if desired. The job captain will be responsible for coordinating commercial and residential architectural projects (new construction and interior tenant improvements), developing drawings and integrating the design into the technical documents with a team of dedicated professionals.
The Job Captain will also be the Project's BIM leader and work with our consultants to deliver high-quality drawing sets.
Note that this is a technical & managerial position.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in architectural projects, commercial preferred
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Autocad and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with consultants
