Quality Manager

Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Quality Manager to join a Manufacturing Client in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

The role is 100% onsite.

The Quality Manager will oversee and manage the company's quality assurance and control processes. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and procedures to ensure that our products / services meet both internal and external quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Quality Assurance Management : Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support.Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
• Customer Satisfaction : Address and resolve customer complaints and quality issues promptly and effectively.Collaborate with customers and suppliers to ensure that quality expectations are met and exceeded.
• Compliance and Documentation : Ensure that all quality-related documentation is maintained accurately and up-to-date.Stay informed about industry regulations and standards, ensuring that the company remains compliant.
• Process Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Utilize data analysis and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting and Analysis : Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior management.Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience : Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role, with a strong background in quality assurance and control.

ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.Lean Six Sigma Certified.Green Belt preferred.

Skills : In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and motivate a team.Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
