Our client, an accounting firm in Tysons Corner, VA, is seeking a temporary Tax Season Administrative Assistant to support their team!
About You :
- 2+ years of administrative support experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to work a multi-line phone system.
- Possess strong detail-orientation with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to be on-site 100%.
The Job :
- Provide general administrative support to 5 CPAs.
- Manage / maintain files and scan documents.
- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Schedule appointments.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
