Uploads ALL lab / xray reports (including EEG, Sleep Study, MRI / CTS).
Provider Schedules- Ensures all reports are attached to the chart prior to their visits by referrer to provider’s schedule for the next day.
Phone calls - Treat direct calls within job description. For all other calls take messages or triage. Roll over call back up.
Emails / Voicemails - Treats emails / voicemails related to job description.
Sends Orders- Send ALL Orders to lab company / imaging companies (including EEG, Sleep Study, MRI / CTS).
Roll Over Back Up- Helps with high call volume. Treats call within job descriptions, takes a message or triage for all other calls.
Receptionist lunch releaser. Back up
Medications - Treats Rx refills via email, check PMP if needed- coordinate with Simi to complete controlled Rx refills.
Answer Medical Calls - Treat direct calls within job description. For all other calls take messages or triage.
Emails / Voicemails - Treats emails / voicemails related to job description.
Office task - Assist with other office tasks as needed : scanning & faxing.
Cover My Meds - Completed Rx Prior Auth if all other work is completed and denials.
