- 7am - 3pm
- 3pm - 11pm
- 11pm - 7am

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE QUALIFICATIONS :
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Florida
- Skilled nursing / long term care experience, preferred
- Valid BLS Certification
- IV Certification
