Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.Inbound Calls : Handle incoming calls, address inquiries, and provide solutions.
Policy Customization : Design and recommend insurance plans tailored to each client's requirements.Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios through additional policies.
Relationship Building : Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Continuous Improvement : Stay informed about industry trends and updates to deliver accurate advice.
Requirement
Licensing : Active Arizona Property & Casualty License is preferred.Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Customer-Focused : Dedication to exceeding customer expectations and addressing their needs effectively.
