About the team + role

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative 'Marketing + Creative Designer' to join our growing team. In this role, you will demonstrate your creativity and technical skills to develop compelling designs and solutions that align with our brand vision and business objectives.

As a key player in our creative process, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, from concept to implementation.

The role is located in the following office locations (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA) which will align with our in-office working environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and complete creative concepts for various projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and refine innovative ideas.
• Produce high-quality visual designs, including graphics, layouts, and illustrations, that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Participate in project meetings, providing input and feedback to ensure creative integrity and consistency.
• Stay current with industry trends and standard processes to continually bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.

What you bring

• Proven experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work creatively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.

This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$145,000-$170,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$128,000-$150,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL)

$113,000-$133,000 USD
