Job Description
Elluminates Software Corporation is looking for a full-time Full-Stack Senior Software Engineer. Be the first Senior Software engineer to join our existing team prototyping our new SaaS Automation technology and help us develop it as we bring it to market.
Work with our highly skilled Professional Service Automation Engineering team to help flush out capabilities and features.
Tech Stack : Golang, Postgres, JavaScript, Docker, Ansible
Duties and Responsibilities :
- As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be working on the core product of Elluminates Software, Hyperscaler, which is a new SaaS Automation platform.
- Your main focus is developing the Golang code base for Hyperscaler (see https : / / hyperscaler.openvista.com) along with associated code in other domains such as HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, etc.
- You’ll need to be able to understand and integrate Ansible tooling with our SaaS product and its internal services that offers a complete offering for our customers.
- Develop multiple container based apps.
- Focus on how to improving the delivery of automation for the deployment, configuration and security of customers’ infrastructure by developing new features and capabilities for the new SaaS offering.
- Help develop metrics and analytics for understanding the system and user base.
- Work closely with the Elluminates Software Automation team to develop features and fix bugs and provide the best SaaS Automation user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Developing with Golang every day for new features, bug fixes, etc.
- Strong familiarity with Postgres and Golang sql drivers.
- Experience using a wide range of the Golang standard, database and http libraries.
- Work in a Git-based development model.
- Be fastidious with software construction and builds.
- Understanding of Docker, Container Orchestration and OCI technologies.
- Understanding of command line in Linux / MacOS.
- Experience with CI / CD processes as a developer.
- Strong experience with Makefiles.
- Interest in building software securely.
- Knowledge and interest in DevOps, especially Ansible.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing Postgres tables, optimizations and transactions for CRUD.
- Experience with modern JavaScript or jQuery.
- Strong experience with HTML, Websockets and CSS.
- Experience with JSON, and other inter-process communication technologies.
- Experience developing a multi-tenant SaaS experience.
- Experience with secure coding practices.
- Experience with Virtualization technologies.
- Experience with a Build to Delivery model (CI / CD).
- Strong experience with Git.
Years of Experience and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and 5-8 years of software engineering experience.
